Started in 1971, North West Business Machines quickly established itself as being one of the major UK providers for Cash Registers, EPoS Solutions and all related products & services.

We focus totally on providing Epos Solutions and related product, because of this we know our business very well and always give first class advice and after sales service. We are a one stop shop for any business that requires an EPoS Solution. We will consult, detail specifications, project manage, install, train and support your new system. Once installed we will keep close contact with you, offering a helping hand whenever you need it and giving good advice on new features.

Our product range is completely modular. This makes it very easy for you to get exactly what you want without paying for more than you need. Our products scalability makes it very easy to handle projects of varying sizes. Our customer profile ranges from small 1 till, 1 site operations right through to large multi site, multi till, multi million pound turnover operations.

Our careful recruitment and selection policy ensures that we have a team of highly dedicated, hard working, professionals. The majority of our workforce each have over 20 years hands on experience in the Epos / Technology sector. There is no substitute for experience. We have also recruited people with hands on retail & hospitality experience. This helps us to understand how your business runs so that you get the best advice on how to get the most out of your solution.

We pride ourselves on the excellent level of after care we give. Once we have a customer we rarely lose them. We currently support epos equipment turning over approximately £350m. We do this seven days a week throughout the year.
