One of the U.K.’s greatest brand names the BBC has selected North West Business Machines EPoS over all competitiors.

It was exacly what what we wanted, comphrehensive but not complicated.

The installation was very smooth and everyone is very happy with the new system.

The system manages the catering demands of over 1000 employees in the BBC’s Manchester premises right in the heart of Manchester City centre.

The operation runs 7 days a week, from early in the morning til late at night.

Each employee has their own membership card which is used every time a purchase is made and the details are recorded.This allows the management to clearly identify each customers' preferences and habits. Marketing strategies can then be tailor made around what their customers really want. This will guarantee greater success and better profitability for future promotions.

The system gives the catering management the tools to contact all members or a select sector of members via mail, or even text message. All from one centralised pc in a matter of moments. Information about new products, menu specials and promotions can be communicated to the entire workforce very quickly wherever they are at that moment in time.
