We have now dealt with the people at NWBM for almost a year and I am 100% convinced that they were the right choice – yes the software is good, yes the implementation worked, yes they keep it on-line as much as any system can be but the real testament to the organisation is that they are real people. They worry about our system if there are problems with it, they call to check it is alright, they come at all hours to sort out issues, they are nice people to deal with – they care.
